Tropfest（トロップフェスト）という世界最大のショートフイルム映画祭のスポンサーの一つであるbalance water（バランス・ウォーター）が、上映される作品と作品の間に挿入するために作った限定ＣＭです。
様々なショートフイルムのテーストを壊さないよう配慮したとか。もちろんキーワードはバランス。そうするとこんな奇妙なものになるんだぁ～。
